Mike Byrd

Mike Byrd has over 20 years of experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations at Vision33 since September 2003. In this role, Mike effectively manages a team of five, overseeing local and wide area networks and providing high-level technical support. Prior to this, Mike held positions including Network Administrator and Network Support Associate at Vision33, focusing on server management and technical system maintenance. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support Specialist at HSIMS. Mike holds an IT Diploma from the Graduate Centre of Applied Technology and has completed education at Memorial University and Holy Heart of Mary Regional High School.
