Susan Martyn

Susan Martyn has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. Susan started their career as a manager at TELUS, where they were responsible for network and facilities management. Susan then moved to Vision33, where they are currently the GM of Enterprise.

Susan is an expert in customer relationship management, and has a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction levels. Susan is also experienced in contract negotiation and authoring, and has helped Vision33 secure several major contracts.

Under Susan's leadership, the Managed Workplace Unit at Vision33 has become one of the most profitable and efficient units in the company. Susan has successfully implemented new ticketing and support procedures that have significantly decreased overdue support events, while maintaining a zero staff turnover rate.

Susan Martyn is a certified change management practitioner who has worked in the field for many years. Susan has a degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in English and Physical Education, and they also have a certification from Prosci in Change Management.
