Tom Brett is an experienced operations and cloud support manager with a focus on proactive monitoring, automation, and enhancing efficiencies in incident, problem, and change management at Vision33 since March 2018. Prior to this, Tom held various roles at Bell Aliant from May 2005 to March 2018, including Client Services Account Manager and Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing large enterprise client accounts, supporting IT services, and leading service delivery initiatives. Tom began his career in IT as a Service Desk Analyst and progressed through several positions, gaining expertise in incident management, infrastructure support, and team leadership. Tom holds a degree in Computer Support Specialist from the College of the North Atlantic.
