Vision4 Women is a non-profit company that aims to inspire and empower women and girls to reach their full potential, lead meaningful lives and become leaders and “change makers” regardless of their background.  
In 2012 Vision4 Women launched a mentorship programme for high school girls, also known as “Vision4 Girls”, aiming to empower girls from under-resourced schools in Nelson Mandela Bay.
In 2023 Vision4 Women officially registered as a non-profit company and established a board of six directors to provide oversight and guidance into the future.

Our vision is that our girls will develop into active citizens who will rise and, in rising,  lift those around them.  Improving the lives of others contributes to the betterment of society and we hope that Vision4 Girls can help in no small way to address South Africa’s triple challenges of poverty, unemployment and inequality.
