He has a passion for developing businesses with strong social impact, and brings 25 years’ experience leading fast-growth companies from early start-up stage to internationally dominant businesses with the power to change the lives of many around the world. Richard has held board-level roles at a variety of organizations, including his position at NED for an NHS Primary Care Trust (Berkshire West), where he saw firsthand the imbalance between availability of specialist clinicians and the demand for emergency care.
