Harshitha B. began their work experience in 2018 as a Cloud Service Representative at iMicron by Techwave. Harshitha then joined Archon Consulting Systems in 2019 as an Inside Sales Representative. In the same year, they also worked as an Inside Sales Associate at Safepro Video Security Research Labs. In 2020, Harshitha joined Visionet Systems Inc. as a Senior Business Development Executive and later transitioned to the role of Lead Inside Sales Business Development, focusing on digital solutions, CXO, mortgage, finance, and technology.

Harshitha B. obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and communication from K V G College of Engineering, SULLIA, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
