Zubair Bashir

Zubair Bashir has over 14 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, currently serving as the Business Process Outsourcing Manager at Visionet Systems Inc. since April 2009. In this role, Zubair manages the Voice Domain with over 100 resources and serves as a key figure within the company. Previous positions at Visionet include Assistant Manager Operations, Senior Operations Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, and Team Lead, specializing in BPO project execution with a focus on mortgage tax and mortgage payoff domains. Prior to Visionet, Zubair operated a business in auto spare parts from January 2005 to February 2009. Zubair is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the Virtual University of Pakistan, building on academic experience that includes an intermediate degree from Lahore Board and a matriculation in Computer Science from Lahore Cantt Public High School.
