Large language models are trained on the entire internet. They know a little about everything and a lot about nothing specific. When your documents say "checking," "DDA," or "demand deposit account," generic AI sees three different things. Scout understands they are identical. Ten different attorneys can write the same covenant ten different ways. Scout catches all of them.

Scout Notebook installs on your workstation and interrogates loan packages, validates them against policy, and flags what is missing, not just what is wrong. Current use cases: loan QC, audit, and commercial loan package review including attorney-prepared document analysis. Every loan. Not a subset or sample.

Across every use case, the problem is the same. Intensive document review that depends entirely on human time and attention. Scout does not replace that judgment. It handles the reading so the people doing the work can focus on what actually requires their expertise.

We serve banks, credit unions, and the platforms built for them. Financial institutions access Scout through Scout Notebook, a desktop application delivered through our channel partners. SaaS platforms embed Scout ILM directly into their solutions to bring native banking intelligence to their own clients.
