Crystal Deragisch has over 10 years of professional work experience. From 2017 to present, they have worked as a Software QA Engineer/Junior Software Developer for Visionlink Software & Consulting. In 2020, they became the Owner of Shiny Rocks Goods and Services. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at SurveyGizmo in various roles including Support Engineering Coordinator / QA Analyst / Release Master, Support Engineering Captain/Coordinator, Customer Advocate, Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, and Customer Service Hero. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Aetna Life Insurance Company as a Leave Coordinator and Short Term Disability Analyst. Finally, from 2003 to 2005, they worked at Suncoast Motion Picture Company in various roles including Sales Associate, Floor Manager, and Assistant Manager.

Crystal Deragisch began their education in 2000 when they attended Woodbridge High School, where they studied Creative Writing and graduated in 2004.
