Tom Dunning

Tom Dunning is a seasoned professional in the ophthalmic industry with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for VisionLOCK since April 2025, Tom has successfully developed new Light Adjustable Lens centers across the North Central United States, significantly improving patient outcomes after cataract surgery by fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Previously, as a National Sales Executive at Eyecare Leaders, Tom drove sales of reimbursement solutions and electronic medical records while managing a comprehensive clinical applications team. Experience at Topcon Healthcare and Marco Ophthalmic involved managing strategic accounts and driving sales for ophthalmic imaging solutions and diagnostic equipment, respectively. Tom began a successful career in sales with a focus on enhancing territory performance at Heidelberg Engineering. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia, complemented by earlier studies at UC Irvine.
