Chris Thorson

Chris Thorson is a Creative Services Leader with a demonstrated history of fostering an engaged work culture and optimizing creative processes. They have held key positions in various organizations, including as Manager of the Creative Production Studio at Shutterfly, where they led the transition of work to an internal studio, resulting in significant cost reductions and improved team agility. Currently, Chris serves as the Director of Large Format at Visions, Inc. and as a Principal at CAP WORKS, where they drive excellence in creative services and operations. In addition to their professional roles, Chris is the owner of Thorson Knife Works, where they engage in knifemaking and community education. Chris is also pursuing education at the University of Minnesota.
