VisionTroy is the AI operations backbone for golf clubs.

We don't replace your tee sheet, POS, or club management software. We sit on top of them as an agentic AI layer that turns the everyday flood of member requests — emails, supplier invoices, and late-night website inquiries — into structured, ready-to-approve actions, so your staff trade screen time for face time.

The problem we solve. Clubs don't need another dashboard. They already have one for everything. The real cost is the human integration layer: the assistant pro retyping an invoice, the events coordinator answering the same wedding question across five channels, the GM copying data between tabs. That's where the hours — and the leads — leak out.

What Troy does. Our agents capture member and prospect requests, pull the relevant details together from your existing systems, and draft a complete response inside an Action Card. Your staff reviews, verifies, and clicks approve. Troy never goes rogue. You keep control, and you get a full audit trail.

What becomes possible:

- Staff scheduling — Troy drafts next week's shifts from your coverage rules, time-off requests, and expected demand, catches conflicts before they're published, and turns Sunday-night scheduling into a one-screen approval.

- Public website at 9 p.m. — an agentic concierge answers wedding and event inquiries, qualifies the lead, and emails your events team a clean summary by morning.

- Pro shop — drop a stack of supplier invoices and Troy extracts every line item; ask in plain English what to reorder before the member-guest.

- Events — "Generate the Summer Season booklet" becomes a five-minute review instead of a three-day project.

Who we serve. General Managers of private, semi-private, and public clubs who want their existing systems working like one team — and their people back in front of members.

Same team. Same tools. Less of the work that keeps your people stuck behind screens.
