Delia Bucsa

Delia Bucsa has a diverse background in human resources, beginning as an HR Trainee at LUGERA in 2015, where responsibilities included candidate outreach and interview scheduling. At Stefanini, from August 2018 to January 2019, Delia progressed to a Junior HR Generalist and HR Assistant role, overseeing the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees. Subsequently, Delia served as an HR Business Partner at Stefanini until September 2024 and briefly as an HR Lead and HR Business Partner at Visma Romania in June 2025. Delia holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Economy of Commerce, Tourism, and Services from the Universitatea "Lucian Blaga."
