Monfa Cabrera

Monfa Cabrera has worked in the design and creative industry since 2002. In that year, they began working as a Graphic Designer for the University of Costa Rica, where they were responsible for the design of the Engineering magazine and audiovisual material for the University's Audiovisual Production Unit. In 2006, they moved to eseté editorial, where they held the role of Art Director, designing textbooks for Mexico and leading a team of designers. From 2014 to 2018, they held various roles, including Freelance Illustrator and Co-founder at monfalicia, Art Director at MagicRiverPress, and External Collaborator at Nuestro Mejor Día. In 2018, they began working as Creative Director at Visme.

Monfa Cabrera estudió Licenciatura en artes plásticas en la Universidad de Costa Rica UCR desde 2001 hasta 2008, con un campo de estudio en artes gráficas. Además, ha recibido entrenamiento en diseño y tipografía del Grupo Horma.
