VisNi Services LLP is a reputed Mutual Fund Distributor with over 31 years of experience in financial services. Our focus is on building strong client relationships by navigating regulatory frameworks and addressing market volatility. As a privately-owned company, we make decisions from the grassroots level, ensuring every aspect is carefully considered. We believe in providing personalized, consistent service experiences to foster long-term relationships.
We conduct seminars (Investor Awareness Programmes) and discussions to understand client needs before crafting financial solutions tailored to their aspirations and constraints. Our approach emphasizes collaboration over multiple years rather than one-off transactions, ensuring sustained value and trust.

Our Journey
Founded in 1991, we initially mobilized equity IPOs and mutual funds as an associate of M/s Karvy Stock Broking Services. In 2005, Mr. Araveti Viswam, former Branch Head of Karvy Proddatur, and Mr. Araveti Niyanta, an Insurance and Mutual Fund Advisor with ING Vysya Bank, established VisNi Services LLP.

Currently, we manage Rs. 150 Crores in direct equity investments, Rs. 250 Crores in mutual funds, and have a SIP book of Rs. 1.9 Crores per month.

Technology Integration
Since 2008, we have used advanced technology to enhance client access and convenience. Our website, www.visni.org, provides clients direct access to their accounts to track portfolios in real time. In 2012, we launched a mobile application, enabling clients to monitor their investments instantly.
