Roman Panas

Roman Panas is the Head of PMO at VISO, where they implement governance frameworks and manage project portfolios to align projects with strategic goals. Currently serving as a Full Stack Engineer as a freelancer, Roman has also held roles as a Project Manager and React Native Developer, demonstrating expertise in driving project efficiency and innovation. Their earlier experiences include frontend development positions at Codigee and SoftLab Pro, where they honed their skills in modern web technologies. Roman earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
