Spiro Paule

Spiro Paule is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Findex, where they have served as Managing Director since 1989, co-founding the firm with a vision to create a comprehensive financial services brand. With over 30 years of experience in technology enablement and a strong focus on building sustainable businesses, Spiro has played a pivotal role in growing Findex into one of Australasia’s largest advisory firms. Currently, they also hold several chairman roles at Centric Wealth Portfolio Management, SproutX Food and Agtech Accelerator, Visory, and Botanical Water Technologies Ltd, while directing the Findex Community Fund to enhance equal access to opportunities. Spiro is pursuing further education at Monash University.
