Client Support Technician at Visory

Jerry Hays has a diverse work experience. Jerry started their career at Visory in 2017, where they held two roles. Firstly, as an Implementation Specialist, they worked closely with clients, creating project plans, conducting software installations, and providing user training sessions. Then, they transitioned to the role of Tier II Technical Support Specialist, where they responded to technical support tickets, troubleshooted and resolved software and hardware issues, and escalated complex problems when needed.

In 2023, Jerry joined Burns & McDonnell as a Deskside and AV Support, where they are currently employed.

Jerry Hays completed Centriq's IT Career Program in 2017, receiving training in Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they attended Pleasant Hill High School in Pleasant Hill, Missouri, where they obtained their High School Diploma through the Adult High School/Secondary Diploma Program.
