Rick Geiger

Rick Geiger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain and inventory operations, currently serving as the Director of Sales Inventory Operations Planning at Vispero® since February 2024. Responsibilities include global oversight of the S&OP/IBP process and aligning demand and supply to meet customer and corporate goals. Previously, Rick held positions such as Director of Inventory & Materials at La-Z-Boy Incorporated, where oversight of $150M in inventory across seven manufacturing plants was paramount, and Integrated Business Planning Leader at Masonite®, focusing on demand forecasting and supply chain optimization. Other roles include Director of Implementation & Optimization at Conifer Health Solutions, Director of Global Supply Chain Process at Schneider Electric, and Supply Chain Process Manager at APC by Schneider Electric. Rick began his career as a Senior Planner at Microchip Technology Inc. and holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a BA in Communications & Public Relations from Slippery Rock University.
