Thomas Staddon

Thomas Staddon has over 25 years of experience in operations and production management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Vispring Ltd since November 2022, Thomas previously held multiple roles at Babcock International Group from November 2017 to February 2023, including Factory Group Manager, Production Manager, and Product Cell Manager. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Princess Yachts from February 2007 to November 2017, where roles included Production Manager, Production Lead, and Engineer/Engineering Team Leader. Thomas also owned and operated Automotive Sales and Repair from May 2001 to February 2007 and served as Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager at Lex from January 1998 to May 2001.
