--Two people running your entire wash area--

At Visron, we don't just talk about innovation; we live it. With an impressive track record of success, we've brought groundbreaking automation solutions to some of the world's most renowned laboratory facilities. For more than two decades, we've been at the forefront of the lab industry, setting ourselves apart from competitors by not relying on off-the-shelf robots in our motion systems. Instead, we take pride in crafting custom multi-axis gantries, precisely tailored to meet the unique demands of our valued customers.

With only two people needed to run your entire wash area, our automation application yields remarkable benefits. It significantly slashes staffing requirements by up to 90%, enhances safety by reducing exposure to allergens and ergonomic injuries, lowers per-animal husbandry costs, and supercharges productivity within cage wash facilities.

At the heart of our success lies the Visron Animal Cage Handling (VACH) system — the world's fastest and most reliable cage handling solution. With over 20 million cages processed, VACH is designed to automate the traditional tasks associated with loading and unloading cage washers in university and pharmaceutical animal research facilities.

Each VACH system we deploy is meticulously customized to cater to the specific needs of the facility, handling laboratory animal cages, pallets, and other items. Our ultimate goal is to minimize staffing needs by an astonishing 90%, reduce allergen exposure, cut per-animal husbandry expenses, and boost overall productivity within the cage wash facility.

Choose Visron for unmatched innovation, tailored automation solutions, and a commitment to revolutionizing the way you handle your laboratory processes. Together, we can reshape the future of automation in the lab industry.
