Vista Canyon is being developed as a 185-acre transit-focused, mixed-use community encompassing 1,100 residential units, nearly 1 million square feet of retail and space, 200 hotel rooms, a new Metrolink station and more than 21 acres of recreational area in the heart of east Santa Clarita.

With a focus on sustainability, this new, mixed-use transit community will feature buildings by architects Gensler and Johnson Fain, two architecture firms renowned for notable residential, commercial and mixed-use developments all over the world.

A site rich with history from the area, Vista Canyon will offer many unique features including its own water reclamation plant, Metrolink station and bus transfer station, 10 miles of bike paths, a town green and a community garden. The development of Vista Canyon is being led by Jim Backer, Steve Valenziano and Glenn Adamick at JSB Development.

Real progress takes place at Vista Canyon every day. Follow this page for exciting developments as this unique community comes on line.
