Florian Baumgartner

Florian Baumgartner is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and management across a variety of sectors. Most recently, Florian served as CEO of Vista from October 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing design and marketing services for small businesses globally and managing a diverse team across more than 25 countries. Prior to this role, Florian held several key positions at Amazon, including Director of Consumables and Country Manager for AmazonFresh Germany, contributing to significant aspects of the company's operations in Europe. Earlier in the career, Florian was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, alongside an MBA from the same institution.
