Karsten Westermann

Karsten Westermann is currently the Director of Global Quality and Learning at Vista, a role they have held since 2015. Prior to this, they served in various capacities at Vista, including Manager Operations and Senior Manager Operations, and had leadership roles in workforce management at PayPal and the TalkTalk Group. They began their career as Stellvertretender Teamleiter Resource Planning at Citicorp Dienstleistungs GmbH. Karsten holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Elektrotechnik from Ruhr University Bochum and a Higher Diploma in Business Management from Waterford Institute of Technology.
