Paul M. is a collaborative and solution-oriented legal counsel currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Vista, where they lead a 12-person legal team. Previously, Paul held positions as a corporate attorney at DLA Piper US LLP and Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, focusing on M&A transactions, IPOs, and advising technology clients. Paul also served as a partner at Sally & Fitch LLP, representing clients in business litigation and employment disputes. Having begun their career as a junior partner at WilmerHale, Paul has extensive experience in corporate and business law, complex litigation, and employment law. Paul holds an A.B. in Government from Harvard College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
