Mark Wolfson

Mark Wolfson has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Mark is currently a Senior Legal Director, Finance at Vista since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Counsel, Asset & Structured Finance at Vista from May 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Vista, they were a Legal Counsel at TUI from March 2021 to May 2022. Mark also gained experience as a Registered Foreign Lawyer at Watson Farley & Williams from January 2020 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Legal Counsel at Waypoint Leasing (Ireland) Limited from May 2017 to November 2019 and as an Associate at Clifford Chance from August 2012 to May 2017.

Mark Wolfson has a BA (Hons) and an MA (Cantab) in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The College of Law.
