Drew Backoff has worked for several companies in the customer support and order fulfillment field. Drew began their career at Hachette Book Group in 2000 as an Order Fulfillment Representative. From 2006 to 2017, they held various roles at Hachette Book Group, including Senior Order Fulfillment Representative, Senior Order Fulfillment Coordinator, and Customer Services Supervisor. In these roles, they managed billing operations, directed order workflows, trained new staff members, and led a Lean Six Sigma efficiency study. Since 2018, Drew has been working as a Customer Support Specialist at Vista Higher Learning and recently transitioned into the role of Senior Customer Support Specialist.
Drew Backoff has pursued higher education in the field of Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Massasoit Community College, earning an Associates Degree. Additionally, Drew has taken coursework in Communication and Media Studies at Fitchburg State University. Outside of formal education, Drew has obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in 2013.
