Aaron Ellinger

Aaron Ellinger is an experienced executive coach and speaker currently leading Aaron Ellinger Coaching and Consulting since September 2021, where a focus on enhancing the impact of top leaders has resulted in significant organizational growth and performance improvements. In addition, as a Vistage speaker since September 2022, Aaron Ellinger facilitates the development of coaching skills among executives within the Vistage community. Previous roles include various leadership positions at RF-SMART, where responsibilities spanned organizational development, people management, professional services, and sales.
