They played a significant role in shaping the Target brand and managed a $3 billion advertising budget at Sears. Bob is also an advocate for education, having served as Executive Director of AdoptAClassroom.org, and remains dedicated to empowering executives through peer collaboration at Vistage. Their education includes a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Journalism-Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
