Ed Robinson

Ed Robinson is an executive and leadership coach, management consultant, Vistage Chair, author, trainer, and facilitator with over 30 years of experience across various sectors. Currently, Ed works with more than 100 small and mid-sized business owners, CEOs, and executives, helping them enhance their leadership performance and build high-performing teams. Ed has served as adjunct faculty in the MBA program at Mount St. Mary's University since 2010 and has held leadership roles in organizations like the Downtown Frederick Partnership and the Entrepreneur Council of Frederick County. With an MBA from Penn State University and a BA in Politics from The Catholic University of America, Ed has assisted clients with over $350M in exits and acquisitions while promoting personal and professional growth within leadership.
