Jeff Oak

Jeff Oak is a seasoned professional in governance, compliance, and risk advisory services, currently serving as the Owner of AnchorPoint GRC Advisory since March 2020. With a strong background in leadership roles, Oak was previously the Chief Enterprise Risk Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where strategic integration and internal controls were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Elant, Senior Vice President at Compliance Resource Group, and Chief Business Integrity Officer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In academia, Oak is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law and a Senior Advisor at the Ethics & Compliance Initiative. Additionally, as the Chair of Peer Advisory Boards for Vistage Worldwide, Oak facilitates executive mentoring for business leaders. Oak's education includes an Executive Education degree in Finance from The Wharton School.
