John Sampson

John Sampson is an experienced leader in organizational development and economic growth, currently serving as a Vistage Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since October 2022 and as Director at Physicians Health Plan since February 2016. Previously, John founded JMS Ventures, offering leadership advisory services, and acted as President and CEO of the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, overseeing regional economic development efforts from 2007 to 2021. John's extensive background also includes a role as VP of External Affairs at American Electric Power, where responsibilities encompassed legislative and community relations. Additionally, John contributed to the Indiana Chamber of Commerce as a volunteer director. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
