John Stephens

John Stephens is a seasoned Outsourced/Fractional Chief Sales Officer with over three decades of executive leadership experience. Currently serving as a Fractional Sales Leadership Advisor at Sales Xceleration® and President of Elevate Sales Solutions, John focuses on helping small to mid-sized companies develop high-impact sales teams and achieve sustainable revenue growth. Earlier in their career, John held various significant roles at TTI Floor Care North America and Horizon Global, where they successfully managed large sales teams and consistently exceeded profit goals. John is also involved as a Trusted Advisor with Vistage Worldwide, Inc. and serves as a Fractional Sales Leader for Ralston Instruments. They are pursuing a BS in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
