Johnny Yang

Johnny Yang is a seasoned executive and certified stakeholder-centered coach with extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles. Currently serving as a Certified Stakeholder Centered Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching since May 2020, and as an Executive Coach and Consultant at VSIM Executive Coach Ltd. since 2017, Johnny focuses on strategic performance and high-performance teams. Previous positions include General Manager at EagleBurgmann, where management oversight encompassed all departmental functions during a transition to modern management, and SVP at Laird Connectivity, responsible for global financial performance. Additional roles include Head of China Service Engineering at Phoenix Technologies and Senior Technical Marketing Manager at Intel Corporation, where foundational career development began. Johnny holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Technology and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, an EMBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and completed executive education in strategy at Harvard Business School.
