Lamar Rutherford, MBA, is a Vistage Chair and CEO at Excellens Solutions, where they focus on helping business owners transition out of their enterprises. With a diverse background that includes being a former CPA, business owner, and instructor at UCSD, Lamar has spent over a decade guiding CEOs and executives through critical business transformations. Their experience spans roles at Citysearch.com and Nestle, as well as owning several businesses, including a café in La Jolla. Lamar holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Washington and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
