Pete Sciabarra

Pete Sciabarra, Ph.D., is a seasoned coach and mentor to CEOs, currently serving as a Vistage Chair and an instructional facilitator. With a robust background as a retired Navy Captain and aviator, they have held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Field Operations at Vistage Worldwide, where they significantly improved organizational efficiency. Since 2019, Pete has also coached the varsity inline hockey team at Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego. They earned a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego, further enhancing their expertise in guiding leaders to reach their full potential.
