Phil Sharp

Phil Sharp is a seasoned leader with over 34 years of experience in guiding others to success. Currently, as a Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Phil leads private peer advisory groups for CEOs and business owners, helping them to think differently, make better decisions, and achieve measurable results. Previously, Phil served as the Director of Customer Service Centers and Credit and Director of Marketing at Entergy, where strategic direction was provided for call center and marketing operations. Phil is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Arkansas State University and a Master of Science in Management at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
