Randy D. Fields

Randy D. Fields is a business consultant and CEO coach who leads Fields Consulting LLC and serves as a Vistage International CEO Chair. Fields Consulting currently works with 40+ CEOs and their companies to develop and implement growth strategies. Fields Medical and Spine Solutions were founded in 1989 as medical device distributorships; Fields Medical grew from $500,000 in sales to $35 million with 45 employees before being sold to Zimmer Inc in 2007, and Spine Solutions grew to $5 million in sales before being sold in 1998. Since 2012, Fields has served as a Vistage CEO Chair in Louisville, forming multiple peer advisory groups and guiding CEOs and executives toward better leadership and results. Fields earned a BA in Communications from Georgetown College (1982).
