Randy Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. Currently serving as President of RedPoint Leadership Group since January 2007, Randy is a certified facilitator in both the Paterson Process and LifePlan, and has created key decision-making tools like the Leadership Compass and Team Compass. Additionally, Randy has been a Professional Speaker for Vistage since 2009, presenting on topics related to organizational productivity and strategic planning. Previously, Randy held roles as Lead Pastor at multiple churches, where significant growth and community engagement were achieved. Randy holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Regent College and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Mennonite University.
