Ric Gray

Ric Gray is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently, Ric serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RFG Group, LLC, providing consulting services focused on technology and growth strategies for start-ups and innovative firms since September 2020. Previously, Ric held the position of Vice President Mid-Market at Verint, managing North America's Mid-Market Sector and overseeing post-acquisition integration after Verint's acquisition of Adtech Global, where Ric was President. Ric's career includes significant roles at pVelocity, Emergency Visions, Autodata Solutions, and Acterna, with a strong emphasis on sales, marketing, and operational leadership. Ric holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
