Richard Grillo has extensive experience in sales operations and learning and development management. Richard has worked at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. and Vistage International, focusing on virtual and instructor-led design and delivery of skill development programs for employees at all levels. Grillo also has a background in sales training at T-Mobile, where Richard was responsible for implementing training activities and designing programs to support leadership and frontline employees.
