Steve Drogus

Steve Drogus is an executive coach, peer group facilitator, and organizational effectiveness consultant with extensive experience in human capital strategy and C-level leadership. Since 2001, they have served as the President of Strategic Human Capital Management, focusing on improving workforce performance for small to mid-market companies. Additionally, as a Group Chair at Vistage International since 2005, they have helped CEOs enhance their leadership capabilities and decision-making skills. Steve co-founded The Human Resource Partnership, where they provided a broad range of consulting services from 2001 to 2006. They hold a BA in Management from Baldwin Wallace University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
