Tom Hardesty is an Executive Coach and Master Chair of Vistage Peer Advisory Groups, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of NBS: A Leaders Choice, where they create dynamic learning environments for leaders. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning, they previously held leadership roles at companies such as The Coca-Cola Company and Shurflo Pump Manufacturing Company, where they contributed to considerable growth. Tom has facilitated leadership development through Peer Advisory Groups for over ten years and is committed to supporting business leaders in their growth journeys. They are pursuing studies in Business Administration at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and have a BS in Business from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
