Tom Morgan

Tom Morgan is an experienced executive leader and a Vistage Master Chair, currently guiding five peer-advisory boards in the greater Sioux Falls area as part of one of the largest Vistage practices in the United States. They previously served as Managing Director at HealthCapWest and Great Plains Accretion Advisors, LLC, specializing in strategic management and capital sourcing. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine, an MBe in Bioethics from Loyola University Chicago, and a BS in Biology from The University of South Dakota. Additionally, they are a Certified Dream Manager© and transition planning consultant, actively enhancing individual and team effectiveness through innovative platforms.
