Wayne Williamson

Wayne Williamson is the Managing Member of Williamson Consulting Group, bringing over 40 years of experience in the personnel industry, including 34 years as the largest single franchise owner in the Snelling network. They successfully grew Willstaff, Inc. from zero sales to $220 million in revenue before selling the company in 2009. Since then, they have focused on consulting for staffing and local companies, emphasizing business improvement and capital acquisition. Additionally, Wayne serves as a Chair for Vistage International, aiding business leaders in enhancing their decision-making and leadership skills. Wayne holds a B.S. in Accounting from Northwestern State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
