Will Henrickson

Will Henrickson is a CEO coach and executive consultant who currently leads private peer advisory boards for CEOs, business owners, and key executives through Vistage International. With a focus on providing clear and unbiased advice, Will helps members achieve their goals by fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Previously, Will co-founded and served as CEO of ePower LLC, and held the role of President & CEO at Kaman Electromagnetics Corporation. Additionally, Will has been an Outside Director for C-Motive Technologies, Inc., and has held the position of Vice President at Vestas Wind Systems A/S. Will is pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering at the University of Michigan and has earned a Bachelor of Science from the US Coast Guard Academy.
