Jay Wilson is an experienced contract specialist with a diverse background in financial compliance and contract administration. Currently serving as a Contract Specialist at Vistant since December 2021, Jay has previously held roles including Financial Compliance Administrator at the Maryland Department of Labor and Contract Administrator at the Mayor’s Office. Additional experience includes working as a Contract Specialist for the State of Maryland and a Records Coordinator at Franklin & Prokopik, PC. Jay began a legal career as a Law Clerk for the Office of the Public Defender Maryland. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Public Policy and a degree in Global Affairs and Human Security from the University of Baltimore.
