Madeline Gardner is an Organizational Development and Learning Specialist with extensive experience in educational leadership and human resources. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for Colorado Repertory Singers since 2019, they support the Artistic Director and enhance organizational efficiency through digital systems and data tracking. Previously, Madeline directed choirs at Prairie View High School from 2015 to 2022, where they designed impactful curricula and led significant program growth. They hold a Master of Education in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Colorado Boulder.
