Vincent Martinez

Vincent Martinez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, admissions counseling, credit collections, and accounts receivable analysis. From May 2015 to March 2019, Vincent served as a Customer Support Specialist at Aging in the Home Remodelers, Inc. Prior to that, from March 2011 to May 2014, Vincent was an Admissions Counselor at ESM, conducting numerous phone interviews and achieving a 24% enrollment conversion rate. Vincent then transitioned to Rausch Sturm LLP as a Credit Collections Analyst from April 2019 to June 2022, successfully managing payment plans and achieving monthly collection targets.
