Vistary designs and runs executive advisory systems that bring customer and partner reality into strategic decisions.

We architect the connection between market truth and executive action. Not events. Not research decks. Not ceremonial advisory boards. Living systems that turn the real voice of the customer into decisions on value proposition, roadmap and go-to-market.

What we design and run:

• Customer Advisory Boards (CAB)

• Partner Advisory Boards (PAB)

• Marketing Advisory Boards (MAB)

• Co-Innovation Boards

• Customer Innovation Labs

• Customer Reality Mapping

• Ambassador & Internal Adoption Programs

• Executive Insight Support

We solve five barriers that slow growth in complex B2B:

1. Value perception misaligned with what the team believes

2. Roadmap and priorities driven from the inside out

3. In the AI era, decision speed is high but alignment is low

4. Strategic customer relationships not elevated into true partnerships

5. Adoption is slower than expected because of friction the organization doesn't see

How we work: Bespoke programs designed to influence decisions that move the business. We stay through execution — from governance design to insight-to-action — so the mechanism keeps working as the market evolves.

Over 200 executive advisory engagements shaping customer-informed strategy.
